At the Reformed Anglican Church: Province of Uganda, Upper Nile Diocese, we are driven by a dual commitment: to champion the proclamation of the Word, as commissioned by the Great Commission, and to serve as a catalyst for social transformation within our community. Our vision is to see individuals flourishing spiritually and economically, fulfilling their potential as they eagerly anticipate the Parousia.

Our faith is anchored in the timeless truths revealed in the Holy Scriptures. We affirm the Old and New Testaments as the infallible, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God, containing all that is essential for salvation. Additionally, we embrace the ancient creeds—Apostles Creed, Nicene Creed, and Athanasius Creed—as summaries of our biblical beliefs.

Sacred Rites of Worship
At the heart of our worship are the two sacraments ordained by Jesus Christ: Baptism and Holy Communion. Baptism, conducted in the name of the Trinity, signifies spiritual rebirth and initiation into the body of Christ. Similarly, Holy Communion is celebrated in accordance with our doctrinal beliefs, symbolizing our unity in Christ and participation in His redemptive work.

We uphold the foundational principles encapsulated in the five Solas: Scripture alone as the final authority, salvation and justification by Christ alone, salvation through faith alone, salvation by grace alone, and the glory of God alone in all that is accomplished for our redemption.

Our mission is to connect individuals to God and to one another, fostering holistic living that encompasses spiritual, relational, and economic well-being. We stand on three pillars: Evangelical, Apostolic, and Sacramental, which reflect our commitment to proclaiming the Gospel, preserving apostolic tradition, and honoring the sacred sacraments instituted by Christ.

Led by our bishop and guided by our vision to present the transformative power of the Gospel, we aspire to see unbelievers transformed into disciples, and disciples matured into fruitful leaders who, in turn, contribute to the transformation of the world through Christ.
